    Al-Fātiḥah for ruqyah

    ×7

    Bismi-llāhir-raḥmānir-raḥīm. Al-ḥamdu lillāhi rabbil-ʿālamīn. Ar-raḥmānir-raḥīm. Māliki yawmid-dīn. Iyyāka naʿbudu wa iyyāka nastaʿīn. Ih-dinaṣ-ṣirāṭal-mustaqīm. Ṣirāṭal-ladhīna anʿamta ʿalayhim, ghayril-maghḍūbi ʿalayhim wa laḍ-ḍāllīn.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. All praise is for Allah, Lord of all the worlds, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, Master of the Day of Judgment. You alone we worship and You alone we ask for help. Guide us on the straight path — the path of those You have blessed, not of those who have earned anger, nor of those who are astray.

    Virtue

A companion recited it over a scorpion sting and the man recovered as if untied. The Prophet ﷺ confirmed it and called it a ruqyah.

Recite 7 times over the person or over water, then spit lightly and have them drink or wash with it.
