Ṣalawāt on the Prophet.

    Ṣalawāt Ibrāhīmiyyah

    اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ، اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ

    Allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammadin wa ʿalā āli Muḥammadin kamā ṣallayta ʿalā Ibrāhīma wa ʿalā āli Ibrāhīm, innaka Ḥamīdun Majīd. Allāhumma bārik ʿalā Muḥammadin wa ʿalā āli Muḥammadin kamā bārakta ʿalā Ibrāhīma wa ʿalā āli Ibrāhīm, innaka Ḥamīdun Majīd.

    O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad as You sent blessings upon Ibrahim and the family of Ibrahim — surely You are Praiseworthy, Glorious. O Allah, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as You blessed Ibrahim and the family of Ibrahim — surely You are Praiseworthy, Glorious.

    One ṣalawāt — ten blessings

    اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ

    Allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammad.

    O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad.

    Virtue

    Whoever sends blessings on the Prophet ﷺ once, Allah sends ten blessings upon him, ten sins are erased, and he is raised ten ranks.

    Friday Ṣalawāt

    اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ عَلَى نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ

    Allāhumma ṣalli wa sallim ʿalā nabiyyinā Muḥammad.

    O Allah, send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad.

    Virtue

    Whoever sends 80 ṣalawāt on Jumuah has eighty years of sins forgiven.

    Increase ṣalawāt throughout Friday, especially between ʿAṣr and Maghrib.

    After the adhān

    اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ هَٰذِهِ الدَّعْوَةِ التَّامَّةِ وَالصَّلَاةِ الْقَائِمَةِ، آتِ مُحَمَّدًا الْوَسِيلَةَ وَالْفَضِيلَةَ وَابْعَثْهُ مَقَامًا مَحْمُودًا الَّذِي وَعَدْتَهُ

    Allāhumma Rabba hādhihid-daʿwatit-tāmmah was-ṣalātil-qāʾimah, āti Muḥammadanil-wasīlata wal-faḍīlah, wabʿath-hu maqāman maḥmūdanil-ladhī waʿadtah.

    O Allah, Lord of this perfect call and the prayer to come, grant Muhammad the intercession and the distinction, and raise him to the praised station that You have promised him.

    Virtue

    Intercession of the Prophet ﷺ becomes lawful for whoever says this after the adhān.

    Recite after repeating the adhān, preceded by ṣalawāt upon the Prophet ﷺ.

    Ṣalawāt for worries

    اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدِكَ وَرَسُولِكَ النَّبِيِّ الْأُمِّيِّ

    Allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammadin ʿabdika wa rasūlikal-nabiyyil-ummiyy.

    O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad, Your servant and Messenger, the unlettered Prophet.

    Virtue

    Whoever makes ṣalawāh on the Prophet ﷺ the opening and close of his duʿā, Allah will answer what is between them.

    Begin every duʿā with ṣalawāt and close with it. Allah does not leave the middle unanswered.

    On seeing the new moon

    اللَّهُمَّ أَهِلَّهُ عَلَيْنَا بِالْأَمْنِ وَالْإِيمَانِ، وَالسَّلَامَةِ وَالْإِسْلَامِ، رَبِّي وَرَبُّكَ اللَّهُ

    Allāhumma ahillahū ʿalaynā bil-amni wal-īmān, was-salāmati wal-islām. Rabbī wa rabbuka Allāh.

    O Allah, bring it (the crescent) upon us with security and faith, with well-being and Islam. My Lord and your Lord is Allah.

    Ṣalawāt for family

    اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى أَزْوَاجِهِ وَذُرِّيَّتِهِ كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَبَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى أَزْوَاجِهِ وَذُرِّيَّتِهِ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ

    Allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammadin wa ʿalā azwājihī wa dhurriyyatihī kamā ṣallayta ʿalā āli Ibrāhīm. Wa bārik ʿalā Muḥammadin wa ʿalā azwājihī wa dhurriyyatihī kamā bārakta ʿalā āli Ibrāhīm, innaka Ḥamīdun Majīd.

    O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and upon his wives and descendants as You sent blessings upon the family of Ibrahim. And bless Muhammad and his wives and descendants as You blessed the family of Ibrahim. Surely You are Praiseworthy, Glorious.

    Entering the masjid

    اللَّهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِي أَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ

    Allāhummaf-taḥ lī abwāba raḥmatik.

    O Allah, open for me the gates of Your mercy.

    Step in with the right foot and send ṣalawāt upon the Prophet ﷺ before this duʿā.

    Virtue

    Whoever sends 10 ṣalawāt in the morning and 10 in the evening receives the Prophet's ﷺ intercession on the Day of Resurrection.
